"I purchased this a few days ago and it is wonderful. It gives out a good amount of heat and with the design of the product it heats to the top of the neck and the bottom of the shoulders. It has really helped with the pain in my neck and shoulders. It also comes with a long guarantee."

"Really soothing my active mum's sore shoulder. She was very resistant, but now uses it daily while watching tv or reading. Only comment is it is oddly small around the neck so don't necessarily expect to be able to comfortably do it up. However, this is not a problem as it is well made and slightly weighted so sits on shoulders without slipping off. Great value on sale."
Excellent and better alternative to hot packs
"I suffer from a stiff neck and shoulders which causes tension headaches. In the past I’ve used microwave hot packs which are ok but don’t last long. Bought this having already got a Dreamland heated blanket which I love. The neck and shoulder pad is brilliant! It’s very comfortable and the heat is just right to ease my shoulders and neck muscles.
